With the advancement of today's wireless networks, the Internet of Things (IoT) is transforming businesses by connecting physical assets, people, and processes to drive automation, speed up decision making, and enhance the customer experience. In my role at TELUS as a Senior Wireless Specialist, I assist our clients in helping them accomplish their business transformation goals. We do this by leveraging Mobile applications as well as the "Internet of Things"(IoT) either directly or through our partner ecosystem. The emergence of new technologies and digital processes are changing the rules of every business and have become the new business reality. However, isolated innovation doesn’t equal business transformation. As part of the Business Solutions Team, I advise my clients on how to accelerate toward their identified business transformation priorities, leveraging the extensive knowledge and capabilities behind TELUS.
