Having worked in Pensions and Employee Benefits for over ten years in a number of different roles, I have developed an in-depth knowledge of a range of benefits that are sometimes poorly understood by those outside of Financial Services. I pride myself on being able to take complex ideas and terminology, and communicate them in a way that engages someone with the subject and enables them to understand these complex products, so that they can make informed decisions for their employees. By combining a relaxed client demeanour and excellent listening skills with extensive technical knowledge and market experience, I help employers understand the myriad options available to them in the benefits market and implement the most appropriate solutions for them and their employees.
