About Mark Biener

Experienced Supply Chain Leader with over 10 years of experience between UPS and Target as well as a degree in business from Western Michigan University. Throughout the years my experiences have included leading hourly TM’s, leading executives to ensure proper planning, staffing and timely store replenishment, as well as Project Management focusing on the continuous technology improvement of the Distribution network. Since 2015 have been in the space of process management, and the implementation of a Global ERP (SAP S/4 HANA). My experience has expanded from Supply chain to the business from end to end. I have been the Business Deployment Lead since March 2021 and successfully executed several major on time deployments of SAP S/4 HANA and the surrounding ecosystem. Within theses deployments responsible for proper execution end to end for activities representing the business in collaboration with IT and the Track Leads including build, test, cutover, HyperCare and all business enablement activities like OCM, Training, and overall people readiness.
