I am a consummate professional with thirty six years in sales and operation management. Sales is my true calling, being honest with my prospects has never let me down. Aviation is my passion. I was inspired to fly since birth, my grandfather was a naval aviator. He took me to my first EAA convention and I have attended over forty. Working as a CFI and sharing my love of aviation, inspired others, non of my students ever pink slipped. Many are flying for major carriers today. Being part of a crew flying Jets around the world is without a doubt the most rewarding professional experience anyone could hope to have. I always worked closely with the operators to insure the FAA regs were never broken. During the twenty eight years I owned and operated MBN Security Systems & Home Theater, our closure rate was 96%. I hired and trained all the sales persons. At 50Floor working with the new sales team members is very important to me. As a team all of us having success breeds success. The more the community is talking about the company in a good light the better for all of us. I consistently have the highest closing rate per month in our market, this gives me the street cred to inspire the new team members to perform. Only the top performers, company wide, make bonuses and I am regularly on that list. As I share my experience with a potential client, the number one thought I have is not to deceive in any way. Honesty, integrity and knowledge, will win over a higher cost. The future holds many opportunities for me and I hope to be able to experience them all.
