I have over 14 years of experience working with the federal government. I have 12 years of experience setting up and tracking multiple tasks/work-orders over 30 or more engineering and software tasks at a time using MS Project. Held schedule Kick-off that covered policies and procedures, project outline/guidelines. Used the schedule to track resource loading, milestones, level of effort, critical path, and schedule recovery. I have over 19 years of management experience that includes 10 years as Project Management (hiring, reviews, career direction, team building, leadership up to 45-fte, and task estimating). I tracked the financials that included Earned Value, budget, burn rate, estimate to complete, identify cost savings, and performed task closeout. I also held weekly meetings with the Logistician, Mechanical, Electronic, RF and Software Design Engineers, Quality Control and the Fabrication team. I also have 20 years of experience in the electronics repair and testing field. Multi-tasking is one of my strong attributes.
