About Mark Bloxham

I am a Territory Manager at Armor Express, a leading manufacturer of body armour and protective solutions for law enforcement, military, and public safety professionals. I have over 30 years of experience in various policing roles, including international missions, use of force, firearms, defensive tactics, patrol sergeant, and major crimes and homicide investigations. I am also a certified instructor trainer in police use of force and TPR / PPCT. In addition to my role at Armor Express, I am the Owner and Founder of Canadian Innovative Protective Solutions Inc.(CIPS Inc.), a comprehensive consulting, training, and equipment sales company that specializes in programs for security, law enforcement, corrections, and other organizations and agencies. I have established a significant presence in Western Canada and provide training and operational solutions in support of employee, client, and asset protection and safety. My mission is to deliver high-quality products and services that enhance the safety and performance of the public safety community.
