Led at the executive level, in war, and in both the Bush and Obama White House. Persistent, smiling, high energy, challenging iconoclast. Skills include: Executive Leadership: Held a senior executive level leadership position at the NSA, while an Army officer. Served twice as a Chief Executive Officer. In Korea, “the commander I would most like to go to war with,” per my senior commander. Crisis management and complex problems: Personally chosen to lead in the media leaks crisis at the NSA. Served on the leadership team of the Joint Special Operation executing the first POW raid since WWII. Deployed a contingent to Hurricane Katrina. Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational Relations: Led planning with the White House staff during four foreign Presidential trips. Fought with allied forces in Iraq. Logistics: Conducted complex movement of personnel, vehicles and equipment by cargo aircraft, from a dead start, in under 12 hours. Outperformed S&P 500 by over 10% per year for over 15 years running. Book value increase of over 20% per year over same span, outpacing Berkshire Hathaway, to include 32.4% in 2015 when the S&P 500's change was -0.7%. No use of leverage or exotic financial instruments.
