I’m a partner at NTCS, a multidisciplinary consultancy that supports clients across telecom, energy, infrastructure, and regulation. With 25+ years of executive and consulting experience, I help clients navigate complex transitions—from market entry and digitalisation to sustainability and governance. NTCS works internationally, with a strong footprint in the Caribbean, Central America, and the Netherlands. Our team supports utilities, telecom operators, and governments with strategy development, project delivery, organisational change, and commercial acceleration. Personally, I bring a deep understanding of cross-cultural leadership, strategic alignment, and stakeholder management—especially in regulated environments. I’m a graduate of the Erasmus University Supervisory Board Programme and actively exploring non-executive roles where I can contribute to oversight, continuity, and innovation.
