Facing mayor challenges re-building the library's core business, with declining funding and heavy competition. Finding our way towards growth again through developing services around reading, art and culture for Delft children and their parents. We have grown the company from 70 to 90 employees and over a 150 volunteers. At the end of 2018 we opened our new facility called OPEN, in the heart of Delft. 5500 square meters of creativity, reading, technology, music, art, dance, dining and more-I've taught 'new media & trends'​ in communication and marketing at The Hague University between 2010 and 2012-I've studied Communications (Bachelor/HBO) at the The Hague University and studied jazz-guitar & recording technology (Bachelor/HBO) at The Royal Conservatoire The Hague. In a former life I've worked as a freelance sound engineer/producer for 9 years. Working for several mayor Dutch radiostations, theaters, festivals and bands.
