I am an experienced senior leader with a complete background across banking and corporate treasury, with roles that span project management, compliance and risk, strategic and operational functions. With a proven ability overseeing structure and efficiencies in treasury and cash management, and in-depth knowledge and experience of multiple banking and finance products, I have a reputation for understanding the latest legislative and regulatory requirements across these markets. With a history of working with global clients across corporate, local government and banking sectors, I have a unique background that spans the banking and financial sectors. My global experience includes organisations such as ETOS, Bear Stearns International, Barclays Capital, Citigroup, and ANZ, working from the ground up as a Fixed Income Settlements Clerk, through to roles including Vice President Fixed Income Middle Office, Treasury Operations Manager, and Compliance and Solutions Manager. Committed to developing both the individuals I lead, and the organisations I work for, I have set up numerous training programmes and HR initiatives, to support learning opportunities for my teams, and ensure robust knowledge of financial and banking products exists across the business.
