About Mark Bradley

I graduated from the University of Portsmouth in 2009 with a degree in Media Studies, having focused on writing, both factual and fiction. I picked up my first job working for Mitie Business Services, at their Morgan Stanley vendor site in Canary Wharf. It was here I developed skills in teamwork, co-ordination, site & man management, B2B networking and liasoning with vendor clients to fulfil special requests should they arise. I spent six years there before I transitioned over to my current role in 2015 working for the Royal Bank of Scotland in their Commercial Credit Cards division, where I have grown to be one of the senior Customer Service Operatives in that department, often taking on a mentor type role for newer employees. I'm also relied on to deal with the more complex matters and customer issues that our business customers can face and as a consequence I was afforded the opportunity to train for and complete my Professional Bankers Certificate with the Chartered Bankers' Association. I hope to take the experience I have gained in people management and problem solving into a field of work more suited to my initial degree, the world of Media. I am especially excited by any writing opportunities I could be afforded in the realm of staff writing for magazines or creative writing. I have some prior experience writing for several gaming sites as well as writing for WhatCulture! as a professional wrestling writer. Happy to provide examples on request.
