Well rounded, proficient problem solver with over fifteen years of lending management experience in the areas of centralized consumer credit, special assets management, loan operations and project management. Management expertise in both centralized consumer and commercial lending, indirect lending, and centralized collections and customer service. From 1993 to 2005, my position as with First American Bank / Citibank provided me with the opportunity to manage a successful consumer lending department with responsibility over direct and indirect consumer lending, and the bank’s centralized collections department for the 100+ branch bank network. From 2009 to present, my career experience expanded into commercial loan workouts and special asset management for Amegy Bank in the Woodlands, Texas and from 2017 to present with American Momentum Bank Specialties: Strong organizational skills with the a demonstrated ability to manage, plan and contribute to successful company growth. Bank merger & acquisition project management. Management oversight of the credit underwriting, document preparation and delivery, and collections functions within a centralized bank operating model. Successful staff development, compliance review, and forecasting & budgeting experience. Well versed in Special Assets and loss mitigation strategies for commercial / real estate secured loans and facilities management.
