About Mark Brittain

At home in the field of taxation, I provide tax consulting services to clients and am also responsible for Lindquist, von Husen & Joyce’s employee benefits practice. I joined the staff of LVHJ in 1984 and became a partner in 1991. My experience includes tax planning for individuals and businesses, extensive research in ERISA, designing, implementing and administering employee benefit plans; reviewing tax filings; and representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service. I frequently serve small businesses and high net worth individuals. I am well versed in the complex tax structures of executives and owners, particularly in the real estate industry. I enjoy meeting new people and hearing their tax questions and challenges. I encourage my clients to communicate with me frequently and use me as a resource.
