I. Gathered practical survey experience in the context of Thailand Vietnam Socio Economic Panel (TVSEP) from 2015-2023: 1. From 2015 onwards, assisted in cleaning of TVSEP data in STATA. In 2016, took on tasks related to survey design and led the team that implemented computerised survey instrument using Survey Solutions - a survey tool created by the World Bank. Took a more active field role in 2017 and conducted the interviewer training with the computer-assisted personal interview (CAPI) instrument. Provided on-site technical support and assisted in survey management tasks (e.g. training plan, interviewer manuals/guidelines). Conducted an add-on project ("Data quality in long-term panel surveys in emerging market economies"), which collected paradata on interviewers, respondents and the interview environment. In 2018, took over a survey management position during the TVSEP migrant survey. Jointly managed the survey design, implementation from paper-base to CAPI, and survey related tasks (e.g. survey plan, interviewer training, interviewer supervision, database management, advisory role in data cleaning process). Strong background of work experience in international and intercultural environments. II. Expert knowledge on the subject of data quality of long-term panel surveys with a focus on surveys in Southeast Asia: 1. Academical work focuses on data quality in long-term household panel surveys, in particular on the determinants of non-sampling errors.
