1) Degree in Mechanical Engineering with an experience of 8 years in the field of Operation & Maintenances specially with Static Equipment (Columns, Heat Exchangers, Tanks & Vessels, Valves, Flanges, Gaskets & Pipelines) & Rotating Equipment (Centrifugal & Positive Displacement Pumps, Compressors, Steam Turbines, Fans & Blowers, Conveyors, Dryer Centrifuge system & Different types of Gearboxes) in the Petrochemical & Power Plant Industry. Has direct experience in major turnarounds or shutdowns and maintenance in a power plant, petrochemical or manufacturing site. 2) Has sufficient knowledge in the application of HSSE (Permit to Work – PTW, Confined Space, Process Safety, Basic Fire Fighting, Emergency Response, Identification of NFPA ratings ) 3) Has sufficient knowledge in using SAP system (Maintenance jobs, Checking of availability of spares & materials in stocks) 4) Proficient user of Laser alignment equipment, dial indicator alignment tool & other handheld condition monitoring tools (Vibrometer, Tachometer/Stroboscope, Infrared thermogun) 5) Has knowledge in reading & interpreting plant P & ID’s, equipment manuals as per OEM, DCS & programmable logic controller. 6) Fluent in reading, writing and verbally communicate in English.
