My forte is working with highly driven people in the 45-65 year old demographic who have committed to making health their top priority. Through our work together we will focus on closing the gap between life span and health span with the goal of adding an extra 20 years of healthy living to your life. Over 6 months we will work intimately together utilizing a goal directed approach to create your own personalized longevity plan that you will use for the rest of your life to optimize both health span and life span. The program focuses only on the most important aspects of health and longevity and discards the "fluff." Areas of Focus: Food & Nutrition Metabolic health Movement & Exercise Sleep quality & quantity Stress management and Self awareness Measuring and managing the keystone health metrics In our work together you will learn everything you need to know about each of these components so that you have a fundamental understanding of each. I will also train you in my unique longevity resistance exercise method that I developed over the last 15 years which I call The Gravity Ball Method. I created this exercise method as a better way to do functional resistance training that specifically targets the joints, tendons, ligaments, and surrounding joint structures for the purpose of enhancing the longevity of the musculoskeletal system. The ultimate goal of the program is to optimize your health over the next 15-20 years so that you can not only enjoy a much more vibrant and experiential life but also take advantage of the technological advances that are coming in regenerative medicine that are currently being worked on using artificial intelligence (AI) that are predicted to happen in the next 10-20 years.
