That has included construction contract expertise and engineering management expertise. Experience as the Stormwater division manager in Kansas City Missouri increased my expertise in water quality regulations and stormwater management. I plan to use that expertise to work with Missouri communities' utility systems to meet DNR regulations for the long term at reasonable costs. I believe that many systems have started down a path of completing expensive rehab project in the short term and then allowing the system to deteriorate; when smaller annual rehab projects are more affordable and result in a continuing awareness of the need to maintain the system at a more appropriate level.
