Have led teams through digital transformation and brought to market new technologies and services. Highly entrepreneurial with a background developing new businesses and products. Expertise in: • secure payment and money remittance/transfer solutions (mobile and Internet), • digital security (banking and encryption) • carrier infrastructure (business support systems) • consumer mobile applications and emerging payments. International Background – Lived and worked in Dubai, Paris and Madrid. Extensive international experience in emerging markets and worked in Europe and the Middle East with global partners and customers. Previously in Dubai as head of Payments Experience at the local mobile network operator, du, leading teams to deliver online and automated payments solutions (~8m customers). Accomplishments include: • Achieving customer behavior shift from cash to online, automated and digital payments for the UAE’s challenger mobile network operator. • Bringing to market one of the first secure ecommerce payment platforms in France. • Launched first PKI and digital signature platforms in France along with support for secure mobile payments and SIM/Smartcard integration • As business developer, pushed mobile service platforms across the EMEA region and also marketed mobile media and entertainment applications to mobile operators and consumers.
