I am an IT Manager with 35+ years of line management working in application management and sourcing engagements. I provide high added value and pragmatic approached in utilizing Agile (Scrum)/SAFe methodology and possess experience with Prince2, RUP and PMP methodologies. As well, I hold certifications in ITIL delivery to guide service operations and in setting up effective competence centers. I have managed SLA-based maintenance, production support and enhancement services in hybrid delivery models. This included leading large PMO activities for overall footprint transformations for +4500 applications. I have broad experience in leading complex activities in reviewing ERP, CRM, cloud, data capabilities to include virtualization and cloud platforms. This has been in the Belgian and EMEA business space. Thus, by outsourcing development and management of software, I have reduced costs for my clients’ being focused on their core activities in bringing needed accomplishments. I have strong experience in aligning solutions that bring savings and synergies to operations and CXO’s. Advisor to IT and operations in strategic transformation project initiatives to align both IT and business needs for total cost of ownership (TCO) reductions.
