About Mark Call

Passionate about unraveling the complexities of human interaction with technology, I’m always intrigued by how people perceive and engage with technology. Like my father discarding a brand new laptop for not shutting down when unplugged, just like he did with the desktop (long story). With a data-driven approach, I embark on exciting journeys to collect and analyze insights that bridge the gap between users and technology while solving real-world problems. I enjoy exploring the untapped potential of people and technology, and the innovative solutions that come with it.My expertise lies in delving deep into the core of user needs, behaviors, and motivations, resulting in significant impacts. For instance, I successfully reallocated 400+ engineering hours from unnecessary features to those with a greater impact. Moreover, I played a pivotal role in standardizing a safe and efficient portable oxygen tank across a 10-hospital healthcare system, improving patient care.Beyond work, you'll find me enjoying leisurely walks with my furry friend Jazzy, learning the world of UI Design, reading sci-fi literature, and embracing my inner geek with video games and all things Star Wars. Let’s connect.
