Accomplishments include formulation of initial concepts, administration of policies and procedures, proposal preparation, contractual requirements, managing design, development, and fabrication, installation coordination, certifying the product with the FAA, military or other regulatory agencies, introducing the product into production and providing program / engineering support activities during product field service.
