About Mark Carton

My experience in construction is diverse including Civil, Structural, Concrete, Wood and Metal construction. My experiences in the past as Company Owner, Project Manager, Superintendent, Project Engineer and Quality Control Manager allow me to understand, and accomplish the tasks and responsibilities at each level of the project hierarchy. I work with each trade and subcontractor to assure they have the best opportunity to complete their scopes quickly and cost effectively while ensuring the project goals are met. Scheduling and direct interaction, both advance and concurrent, with the subcontractors is my key to gaining cooperation for advance activity starts and timely staffing of the work force. Coordinating with the project management staff prior to project start assures all facets of construction are included in the scope and schedule. Similarly, preconstruction meetings with each trade assures that contract scopes, interaction with other trades and conformance to the contract documents are all addressed early. As a team leader, I employ all of these tools and direct oversight to assure efficiency and safety that results in a completed project on time and in budget.
