My field support included effectively planning and executing over 3500 annual Customer Evaluations and Facility Assessment Reports in all assigned company and franchise restaurants as well as completing assigned supplemental evaluations and providing immediate coaching and feedback to teams across the country. Track budget variances and communicate regularly with a Customer Experience Director through a Business Review process. Build a partnering relationship with Division Vice-Presidents, Field Marketing Consultants, Franchise Owners, DM’s and all levels of management in achieving a common goal of growing the Wendy’s brand.
