I am a highly experienced General Manager with a proven international track record building, exciting and delivering on strategy that helps to grow business. I have developed my career from the ground up – initially from the UK, then honing my skills in state and national leadership roles. Prior to my most current appointment as the General Manager - Sales and Marketing for Stratco, I have had a successful leadership career spanning over 20 years with some of the most respected brands in the industry that include National Tiles, MML and CTM. Although my experience spans multiple businesses, they all have the unifying element of leading strategy for competitive business advantage, building culture and customer strategy and delivering on strategy.
