Working alongside Theo Paphitis for over a decade to drive his transformation strategy across Robert Dyas. Working on a series of projects and challenges across multiple business functions to tactically deliver the business strategy, long term and far reaching goals. As Head of Space Planning • Attending in person weekly trading meetings to report on and agree action plans to drive the business to the level of his expectations. • Transformed its function within the business to ensure the right space is in the right store at the right time, through analysis and process driven management. Driving the performance of both range and promotions. As Head of Stock Control, I constantly adapted to the demands of the business and Theo. • Created robust supply chains that delivered the right stock at the right time by leveraging the Merchandise Management System. • Development of a 3PL to allow it to deliver the performance required by on boarding it to MMS and creating complex layers of auto replenishment both in the warehouse and out to stores. As a Senior Project Manager • Delivered Theo’s new in-house DC in a third of the original project timeline with no change to store availability and neutral warehouse stock investment. I have strong commercial instinct honed from sound practical experience and a breadth of company and sector knowledge, coupled with lateral solutions lead thinking.
