About Mark Chandlee

Recently I made the decision to pursue a career change into the data analytics field. I recently completed the Google Data Analytics Professional certificate, which taught me essential data analytics skills like data cleaning, SQL, Tableau, and R Programming. I'm searching for a data analytics role where I can leverage my knowledge and skills and create positive outcomes for stakeholders. I have always had an analytical mind, and it translates well to the work being done in the data analytics world. I began programming LEGO robots when I was in 4th grade, and then moved into the mental and behavioral health field as I grew older. An opportunity to work with the Rhode Island Department of Health in the Center for COVID-19 Epidemiology brought me back into the tech and data world which is where I plan to stay. I have always been a good problem solver and cool under pressure. I am a team player but I can also be successful working independently. I am looking forward to continuing to learn and grow as I acquire more experience in the field. I am excited for the opportunities that await and look forward to broadening my knowledge and skills in data analytics and everything that it touches. I aspire to find ways to create meaningful change that can lead to interesting insights and create positive outcomes.
