Mark, an Engineering graduate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, began his career at a leading medical device manufacturer. In he founded Disc Go Technologies Inc, pioneering cutting-edge automated equipment. As CEO from Mark scaled the company to a global leader, expanding into Europe, Australia, Asia, and Africa. The company achieved 22x revenue growth in five years, reaching over $6M, earning a spot on PROFIT magazine’s 2007 PROFIT 100 as Canada’s fastest-growing company. Mark’s leadership garnered awards from Business in Vancouver and Entrepreneur Magazine, plus a 2004 Vancouver Top 40 under 40 recognition. In 2011, he led Disc Go Technologies to a successful acquisition by a U.S. firm. In 2011, Mark co-founded Crackerz Technology Inc, an electronics service retailer, growing it from one to three locations with 20x revenue growth in four years. After transitioning leadership in 2016 and selling his stake in 2018, Mark embarked on a journey across the South Pacific and Oceania in a small sailboat, embracing adventure to refine his perspective on leadership and innovation. Relocating to Canada’s east coast in 2019, Mark joined Area 52, an automation and engineering firm. His expertise in automation and service operations fueled rapid growth, leading to his role as Service Manager in 2021, overseeing a team of engineers and diverse client solutions. Following Area 52’s 2025 acquisition by Fortifi, a global leader in automated food processing, Mark advanced to a senior management role.
