About Mark Ciantar

As the Coordinator of the Supervisory Reporting Department at Bank of Valletta plc (BOV), I oversee the data collection, validation, and reporting processes for the regulatory authorities. I have over 15 years of experience in project management and solution delivery, working with various systems, platforms, and applications across different business domains. My core competencies include data engineering, customer relationship management (CRM), business process analysis, quality assurance, resource management, risk management, and contract administration. I have successfully participated in and led several projects, such as converging CRM and billing systems, upgrading applications and platforms, and implementing a converged services provisioning process. Through these projects, I have developed strong problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, as well as a keen understanding of the industry standards and best practices. I hold an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University and a BSc in Information Technology from London Metropolitan University. I am passionate about learning new technologies and methodologies, and applying them to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of my work. My goal is to leverage my data-savvy, IT, and business skills to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the stakeholders, and contribute to the growth and success of BOV.
