About Mark Cicola

My concentration, Business Information Systems, allows me to examine both information systems and broader business processes to find opportunities for improvement and to implement changes. Business process improvement, computer system analytics, and supervisory to management roles align most closely with my career goals. I possess sharp analytical mind with a fine attention to detail, but am also able to look beyond the details and understand how those details translate into benefits for the company as a whole. I can work independently as needed, but I also value teamwork and the different perspectives each team member brings to the table. My MBA studies provided me the theory behind how to look at a business and truly understand its inner workings, and working full-time while earning my degree gave me the practical, hands-on experience to put my book knowledge into action. I am ready and interested in transitioning into a more business-focused role that concentrates on productivity, efficiency, and personal and business growth.
