About Mark Clements

Mr Clements has an extensive range of experience in corporate finance, accounting, public company administration, capital raising, ASX compliance and corporate governance. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Member of the Australia Institute of Company Directors. Mr Clements is Company Secretary of ASX listed Emerald Resources NL and Director of unlisted public company, MSM Corporation International Limited. He has previously been a director and company secretary of a number of publicly listed companies in diversified industries. In 2010, Mr Clements formed Balion Corporate Services, a company which offers contract company secretarial, financial accounting and directorship services to listed and unlisted public companies. Since 1997, Mr Clements has held the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of ASX listed MOD Resources Ltd and has been responsible for the financial and corporate administration of the Company. Mr Clements was appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Company in 2005, Executive Director in 2006 and Executive Chairman in 2014 until his resignation in 2019 following the acquisition by Sandfire Resources NL. Mr Clements previously held the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, Executive Director and then Non-Executive Director of ASX listed Vietnam Industrial Investments Ltd. He was also previously a Director of Trident Management Services Pty Ltd, part of Trident Capital Pty Ltd, a boutique corporate advisory and venture capital firm which offers contract company secretarial, financial accounting and directorship services to listed and unlisted public companies. Mr Clements previously worked for KPMG both in Perth and Manchester. Mr Clements was also Trustee of the Simon Lee Foundation, a charitable organisation which is governed by Trustees recognised as community leaders with a mission statement to "Champion the Human Spirit".' Mr Clements is a director of the Feilman Foundation established in 1976 by Mrs Ethel Feilman.
