I am the Director of Technical & Customer Support Services for Trusted Tech Team, a best-in-class, Microsoft-certified Cloud Solutions Provider & Direct-sell Partner, located in Irvine, CA. As director, I manage a department of over 40 cloud engineers and customer support agents located all over the world to ensure the consistent delivery of best-in-class technical and customer support to our clients. My duties include: • Drafting and implementing the department’s strategic vision and operational standards and procedures; ensuring said standards are met and that the department’s projects, campaigns, and initiatives are implemented properly. • Collaborating with company stakeholders to implement executive leadership’s objectives. • Providing mentorship and leadership to the department’s staff. • Managing our Microsoft Premier Support partnership and ensuring that the department’s operations adhere to the requirements set forth by the Microsoft Partnership agreement and maintaining and growing that partnership via co-sell opportunities and other financial incentives. • I am highly adept at strategic planning, project & people management, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to drive organizational success.
