About Mark Clifford

I have been working with ISS Facilities Services for a number of years, I originally began my career with ISS as a mobile supervisor while living in Harrogate and have worked my way through the ranks to my current position of Business Manager for the Royal Bank of Scotland contract working within the Midlands region. I currently oversee the smooth running and management of 90 + sites, including RBS, Barclays, Jewsons, O2 and some Daily office sites. My main priority is to maintain customer satisfaction through management of staff and completion of work orders. I have a team of over 100 cleaners and 2 mobile supervisors. I am fully trained in all Health & Safety, HR policies and legislation, security clearances in order to run my contracts efficiently. I am also fully trained in using all machinery as well as being fully qualified to PAT test electrical equipment on our sites. I have also had the opportunity through ISS Facility services to go on many training courses including health & safety, Intermediate leadership management, foundation courses and many different HR training courses.
