Background

About Mark Comerford

Has over 15 years of testing experience, with at least 6 of those years spent doing automation testing. Has built automation test frameworks from scratch using Java, Robot Framework and Test Complete. Has written automation tests for API’s and Web UI’s using a variety of test tools and libraries. Has worked in Agile development environments where automated testing is key to being able to deliver stable software as part of a continuous delivery cycle. Has experience leading teams and mentoring other team members, providing guidance where necessary. Is used to multitasking and working on multiple projects at the same time. Enjoys being part of a team, whether in a test role or lead role. Is also capable of working independently with little instruction or guidance, and uses initiative to seek out information and complete tasks. Is willing to make sacrifices if it benefits the project and will often go above and beyond the role.
