As a seasoned professional and master craftsman, I've navigated the complexities of business and skill development, driving construction projects and business strategies with a hands-on approach. My expertise lies in spearheading major organizational transformations, excelling in business development, and being a turnaround champion. Career Highlights- Led the restoration of Mad River Lofts in Winsted, Connecticut, a multi-million-dollar project that revitalized a 19th-century brick building. This project not only transformed the building but also catalyzed significant economic development in the city, including the construction of a new hospital and the launch of over 12 new businesses- Served as Operations Director for Saint Joseph Church and Saint Anthony School in the Greater New York Area. My role involved ushering in new clergy, managing staff, and overseeing the relocation of executive staff, all while ensuring smooth operations and procurement processes.
