Working with the business, develop a clear project control strategy to drive efficiency • Drive continuous improvement across the function and look for innovative ways of working • Implement competence assurance and assessment processes for the team, ensuring any gaps are addressed and development and succession planning is managed effectively • Ensures that key Project Control Processes and Procedures are documented and personnel have a clear understanding of the processes and procedures and are fully supported in their role • Responsible for the day to day management of the Project
