About Mark Cory

Seasoned Dept of Defense (DoD) contractor in Acquisition and Sustainment Program Management, Integration and Logistician roles. 39 years (20 active duty Air Force / 19 DoD contractor) within DoD Aviation as an apprentice, craftsman, supervisor, analyst and manager at various levels active duty and DoD contractor. Aircraft Engines Program/Functional Manager background and later as a contractor Aircraft Systems Logistics Analyst, Program/ Fleet Manager and Program Integrator for various aircraft platforms, fixed and rotary wing. I've had quite the road in this DoD contractor realm the last 18 years. Most job endings were due to govt funding related lay-offs. Admittedly, two were on my own terms. DoD contractor employees are often not treated as humans but yet just mere "numbers" sitting in the seat for the contract company. I'm pursuing employment with a company that values their employees, has a good track record in the industry and provides an environment for employees that make them feel as though they are actually part of the company and not just carrying an employee number.
