These businesses ranged from $10 million to over $200 million. I even ran a division for the corporation whereby we developed product and assorted the branded mix of merchandise for over 300 stores. I traveled internationally to find factories that could bring the best possible products to the market place. The years in the retail executive management allowed me the opportunity to use my organizational, operational and merchandising skills to meet the requirements of rank. My greatest skill is the development of subordinates and guiding them to achieve their career and company goals. In recent years I have owned my own personal development company and most recently began to do philanthropic activities to affect the lives of people in my community. I have had the privilege to sit on the Board as Board President of a non profit for the last 5 years that builds custom bedrooms for chronically ill children. In addition, to start-up a non profit to benefit business owners. I have been truly blessed in seeing the lives of people touched by this work. I am excited about the future. I have lots of energy and remain young in spirit. My experiences have enabled me to be more focused and to accomplish more in less time. Life is great. Even in difficult times.
