About Mark Courage

More than Financial planners, we are a highly specialised and passionate team of people dedicated to helping you plan and invest for your future, putting you and your financial interests at the heart of every decision we make. I started working in the financial services industry in 1984. Having worked for a national IFA, regional solicitor and leading UK insurance company during this time, I have enjoyed establishing Encompass with my fellow directors over the last 14 years. Very much a team player I have been involved in developing connections with other professionals such as discretionary fund managers, solicitors and accountants. Helping to solve client solutions in the financial space is what I really thrive on. I believe that as Encompass has evolved we are now best placed to cater for all our clients needs with a robust and transparent advice process. I take an active interest in most areas of financial planning but if asked which area really interests me it would be estate or inheritance tax planning. Outside of work I am a keen golfer and a member of the prestigious Sunningdale Golf Club and Royal St George's in Kent. Family is also important which is why I have promoted the opportunity of setting up a Sunningdale office some 9 years ago.
