With over twelve years of experience in teaching and technical writing, I am an expert in creating and delivering engaging and effective content for various audiences and purposes. I hold multiple certifications in teaching English to speakers of other languages (TESOL, CELTA) and advanced technical writing, which demonstrate my commitment to continuous learning and professional development. As a technical writer with a background in teaching, I bring a unique perspective to document creation and development. My ability to explain complex concepts in clear and concise language has proven to be a valuable asset in both the classroom and the technical writing field. I am passionate about delivering accurate and engaging content that meets the needs of diverse audiences. Currently, I work as an English language teacher at Heidelberg University, where I design and deliver courses for students in different fields, such as pharmacy and TOEFL test preparation. I also work as a business English trainer for employees of area businesses, including SAP, Ergo, and Henkel, where I adapt courses to meet their specific needs and preferences, whether online or in-person.
