About Mark Creech

Mark Creech currently serves as Executive Director, TVA Customer Delivery Memphis. Primary role in the agency is to develop cooperative relationships with public officials, government regulators and the community leadership to maintain the company's reputation, while helping to paving the way for future business partnerships and opportunities. He works directly with the LPC, in Memphis Tn, to gain understanding of their specific mission requirements and preferences. Translate that information into usable information by which the agency can develop a strategy to support its customer. Previous roles Mark has served in include, Senior Advisor to Executive VP Generation, Director, Commercial Processes and Assurance, Senior Manager Compliance and Processes, Senior Reliability Operator – Transmission Reliability, and other key roles within TVA. He joined TVA in August 2003 and has more than 35 years of utility experience in nuclear, system operations, bulk power trading, coal plant, and commercial fuels. Mark holds a bachelor’s degrees in electrical engineering along with an associate’s degree in electronics and control engineering technology from the University of South Carolina and Orangeburg Technical College, respectively, and a certificate from the Leadership and Management for Accelerated Performance Program at Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
