Currently a full-time stay at home parent while studying topics related to energy engineering and MEP systems such as ASHRAE auditing, retro-commissioning, energy economic analysis, electrical and utility system optimization, HVAC, and energy management. Recently passed the FE Mechanical Engineering exam. As a senior engineer at Entergy Nuclear Operations Inc, I was responsible for implementing and managing the welding and repair & replacement programs for Indian Point nuclear power plant, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. I also led three root cause analysis investigations, resolving long-standing equipment issues and presenting technical information to senior leadership. I also have experience in business analytics and financial forecasting, having worked as a senior business analyst at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where I developed and validated financial models for various projects and initiatives. I have strong skills in benchmarking, data analysis, and report writing. I am eager to apply my engineering and business skills to a role in renewable energy, energy engineering, or MEP building systems, where I can contribute to the development and implementation of sustainable and cost-effective solutions for the environment and society. I have a strong work ethic, adaptability, and interpersonal skills, and I thrive in high-pressure and collaborative environments.
