Experience across a diverse range of industry sectors including healthcare (Medical Devices; Wound care;Retail and Hospital Generic medicines; Brand Pharmaceutical's, Over the counter pharmacy medicines ), beverages and FMCG packaged goods. Career achievements include- leading a start up business, under the JUNO banner, in the Hospital generics sector resulting in a successful sale in 2023 - leading the performance turnaround in Hospira ANZ (2013/15) to no 1 hospital generics position - Chairperson for the Australia Generics medicines association (GMiA) from July 2013 resulting in 5 year agreement with the Australia government - refocusing the South Europe (Ireland, Portugal, Greece, Belgium, Switzerland and Austria) Pfizer generics business through the European financial crisis (2011/12)- launch of a Greenfields business unit (Pfizer Established Products) and executed major innovations including a direct to pharmacy distribution model (2010); business development (60+ generic molecules) and pharmacy channel partnerships (Actavis)- the introduction of new marketing initiative's at Pfizer Australia involving the pitching of the $20 million account and revitalizing major brand campaigns (2008)- Creation and leadership of a industry lobby group for the US pharma companies in New Zealand (2006)- achievement of upper quartile ranking in employment satisfaction surveys (as measured by Gallup) in ANZ (2010)and Europe (2012)- launch of numerous new marketing initatives such as the launch of DB Bitter; the first every TV advertisment for beer in NZ and an advertising Axis award for Viagra
