Specialties: Immigration and Naturalization Following graduation from Creighton University School of Law in 1993, I accepted an associate attorney position at Brown & Brown, P.C. In this position, I gained experience in many areas of the law, such as corporate, litigation, real estate, contracts, personal injury, probate & estates, and immigration. When I established my own firm in I knew that I wanted to continue to represent employers and immigrants. The last major change in immigration law occurred in 1996 and I knew that our immigration laws were so complex and intricate that I could not navigate the web of immigration regulations and rules while practicing other areas of law. Therefore, I have dedicated my legal career to mastering the dynamics of the U.S. immigration system and to accepting immigration cases only. Curley Immigration Law PC LLO handles all types of immigration cases from employment-based (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1) nonimmigrant visas to both employment-based and family-based permanent visas (green cards) to asylum and removal cases. Recently, we noticed that some of our removal clients need assistance with criminal matters as well as immigration and, therefore, we have added a criminal defense attorney to our firm so that we can provide full-service representation to our clients.
