My expertise is leading people and teams to take action, successfully launching new offerings and executing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth. I build followership by balancing performance and empathy, clearly communicating strategy into actionable goals and priorities, creating an inclusive environment where team members can contribute, develop and deliver results. As Vice President, Product Management at Medcan, my mandate is to plan long-term growth through product management, innovation, and corporate development. I have led high-performing teams and rallied people and resources across functions to open new locations in Ontario, introduce enhanced testing in the Annual Health Assessment, and launch a pioneering and evidence-based menopause program to improve symptoms and overall wellness for women. Together, we have achieved double-digit growth year-over-year. My experience as an advisor and leader within private and non-profit organizations enables me to take a collaborative, data-driven and pragmatic approach to inspire action. My roots are in management consulting at Deloitte where I advised senior executive leaders across industries (banking, insurance, construction and not-for-profit) to clarify their strategy and create buy-in with their leaders and teams to deliver their transformation agenda. I’m excited to continue exploring new ways for people to access solutions to prevent and manage health issues, and lead a long and healthy life.
