Most of us, if we're truly honest with ourselves, would say that we can become more than who we are. And that's true for us as individuals and as organizations. So, if you're in one place but there's another spot where you'd like to be, there's a gap. I work on the gaps. And when we shrink that or eliminate it, you're more productive, your customers are happier, and you experience greater satisfaction and meaning-and you might even find your noble purpose. And then, through a series of action plans and the key element—accountability—to reach them and to reach them faster. In addition to coaching, I assist organizations on facilitating key meetings or retreats, allowing a leader to be a fully-engaged player and not a facilitator. As an experienced facilitator, I always begin with the question, “What will make for a successful meeting?” Beginning with this end in mind, we’ll craft an agenda and a process that will make for meaningful interaction and productive results.
