My leadership in Enterprise Architecture focuses on knowing and influencing the needs of our business. Using my skills and expertise, I've been able to integrate business, information, application and technology architectures into enabling platforms. These platforms share common services and values across the enterprise allowing business to achieve their strategic vision quickly and efficiently. Current responsibilities focus on the development of architecture services within our chosen Frameworks providing guidance to business working within our technology ecosystems. These services comprise our Enterprise Architecture practice. As a long time practitioner of architecture, I have the privilege of transferring my experience and knowledge to others through mentor-ship and coaching. Being a senior member of architecture, I’m viewed as a thought leader blending expertise and capabilities with new thinking and original perspectives. Our Enterprise Architecture program is founded on the premise that business should differentiate based on architecture, people and thinking. This foundation emphasizes agility and leadership as a combination of "common sense" processes and projects that add value to a strategic business imperative. This commonality in architecture product and process based on our enabling platforms allows business to explore innovative ideas quickly. With a well developed combination of architecture and business services, the business stays ahead of the market providing a competitive edge to suppliers, partners and customers.
