About Mark Delvecchio

I would have to admit the thing I liked the most throughout my career probably was the wiring, reading and developing wiring diagrams, also teaching people how to read and understand them from point to points to schematics to the one line diagrams. I did find the troubleshooting to be a great challenge and always got a kick out of the easy stuff (mainly because it eluded me, LOL) whereas the harder it was the more easier I found it. go figure.most import factors in that type of industry was the record keeping and even though you may have had a wiring diagram number ring it out because there is always the chance someone may have changed something, and make plenty of copies for 1 - yourself and 2 the production and front files so you can do repeatability. rules of thumb I learned throughout my life are to: treat people they way you want to be treated, also turn the other cheek but that only goes just so far so you just need to walk away and take a few deep breaths consider your options and proceed from there.
