Mark's experience includes 7 years as CFO of Case Logic, Inc, 6 years as CFO and VP - Operations of eBags, Inc. and 7 years as Senior VP - Operations and CFO of Duluth Trading Company. He also served as the Vice President and Controller for the Gerry Baby Products Company and the Huffy Bicycle Company. He has extensive multi-function experience in finance and accounting, information technology, operations, human resources and customer service. He has successfully completed mergers and acquisitions in the US and internationally and has completed successful IPOs. Mark holds a BBA - Accounting from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza School of Business and he earned his CPA certification in the State of Ohio.
