EXPERIENCE • Designed and developed the Bantam Forklift from scale model to final go to market product. • Responsible for all aspects of the products development and developing product branding. • Led team of engineers, fabricators, patent attorneys and various vendors, subcontractors and suppliers in creating a new market niche. • Researched the material handling industry to determine potential market share and validate the products need. • Developed, positioned, and introduced The Bantam Forklift. • Product Designer: Research and develop a new and innovative line of trade dressed soft pouches to replace hard sided holsters for handheld electronics. • Director Manufacturing Operations: Manage, direct; coordinate all manufacturing aspects between Marcus Enterprises, Inc. and its vendors, subcontractors and production manufacturing, material management, purchasing and distribution of MARCUS POUCHES® and all Marcus products. Manage the purchasing and distribution functions. • Industrial /Manufacturing Engineer: Establish and plan the processes, tools and equipment necessary to assure the subcontractors and contractors could perform assemblies in a timely manner in accordance with set standards of quality. Perform process validation and qualify vendors, contractors, and suppliers along with identifying areas of cost reduction and process improvement. Organize and develop methods for production processes and procedures for sewing and manufacturing Marcus products.
