Whom do we often help and how do we help them? • Our largest two groups we help are commercial real estate investors and multifamily real estate investing. With the commercial real estate investor, we also assist with leasing as well. • Most agents ask the typical questions of “what type, where are they looking, how big of a build and how much?”. Thanks to the internet even I would say what do I need an agent for, “I can find it myself online. • Thinking the old ways may not be working the best for you, maybe you would be open to some different ideas and strategies related to better success investing in real estate. Whom have we helped and what have we helped them achieve? • A Buyer was looking for some industrial property, they had lost out on two other properties due to a bidding battle. With some of our tools we were able to pull data on properties that had a high probability of selling within the next 12 months. We set up a Roadmap for us all to follow. They closed on their property in about 6 months for the start of our Roadmap. • A lady owned many smaller multifamily properties, they were performing well. The owner wanted her money to work better for her and selling her existing properties was not something of interest to her. With the help of the right bank, we were able to do some creative finance and use the existing properties to give her the buying leverage to purchase a small retail strip center for basically no money out of pocket and she still owns her multifamily properties.
